My Norton product is giving me notification that the my PC isn't automatically protected and there is the option to click fix now.
I checked the settings to see what option is disabled because I don't remember having disabled any option ever.
When I checked the settings, the options in Real time protect about auto protect were disabled but greyed out and a few minutes later, it got enabled somehow but the option is still greyed out and I am not sure what's going. I have not click the Fix Now button because I thought that I should ask here first.
Can somebody explain why the auto protect option is greyed out? Should I click the Fix now option in main window?
Additional info: I have getting this issue since I upgraded my Windows 7 ultimate 32 bit Desktop to Windows 10 pro.
