Woke up my Win7 Home computer earlier and got a warning message "Norton Security Scan cannot launch because %CCROOT% failed in initialization". Did some web searches but no luck. Went on to the Norton site and tried to start a chat bu got a message that there was a server error and to contact the administrator, root@localhost. For me a dead end, don't really understand any of it. Help.
