Hi Matthew,

I'm very pleased to hear that we could help.

Have a great weekend.

Hi. So it took me a few days to follow through and the process for Norton 360 vs Norton Internet Security is different and apparently incompatible. There were not the options suggested. So now I have uninstalled Norton Internet Security on my old notebook, tried to install it on my new notebook and I'm being told that the activation was not successful because the program is being used on three computers already. The truth is that it's currently installed on two computers, and I need to communicate with Norton that I need to activate it opn my third computer...my new notebook. Can you please recommend an action specific to Norton Internet Security that would accomplish this? Any help would be appreciated.

Thanks,

Matthew

Hi again, Matthew,

Norton 360 and Norton Internet Security are not in the same "family", so a subscription on one is not valid with the other. In this particular case, a support agent is best equiped to make the appropriate changes server side to resolve your problem. I would encourage you to contact support them from this location:

Thanks,
