Hello, i have bought a Norton Security with Backup 10 licenses, but it seems it works pretty bad in my android devices each a few weeks the application on my android devices suddenly deactivate showing me a Buy premium button in middle of the screen, this is a continuous problem, i waited 4 months for a solution and i have not got any help from norton technicians. I installed norton security by google play, i tried installing from manage.norton.com followed chat help support by norton guidance without any help, the problem persist i have 4 Android devices on two of them keeps downgrading. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

In the Norton Security app, have you signed into your Norton Account? How many days are showing as remaining?
Did you try my suggestions above for clearing the app cache and app data, restarting the device, and signing into your account again?
Tracking similar issue, Premium account, followed onscreen prompts to email my phone, d/l, installed, and now it wants more money.
