Unfortunately, there are many threads in these forums for problems with the Devices page of the Norton Account. The main thing I point out to users is that if the Subscriptions page is correct, you do not really need to worry too much about what the Devices page says.
I know this is not what we should have to deal with, and I am not happy that there are so many issues with that web site.
That worked. Thanks. But first, my laptop stopped showing in my account too. Maybe there's some sort of problem with that part of the Norton Account site?
Try logging into your Norton Account and on the Devices page, delete the iPad. Then log out of your Account.
Now go to the iPad and check to see that the app is still activated. If not, log in again and then check your Account. It may take a little while to sync the iPad with your Account
I have IOS 9.3.5. That's the latest version available for my ipad mini. Yes, the ipad shows correctly on the subscriptions page.
Does your iPad show correctly in the My Subscriptions page. On the Norton Account web page, click on My Norton at the top right and then click on My Subscriptions.
What version of IOS do you have?
Yes, the app is running while I'm on the Norton account. It still says the ipad is unprotected.
Do you have the app actually running while you are checking your Norton Account? That is a problem with the IOS version of Norton Mobile Security. The app actually has to be running to be able to locate it or use any of the anti theft features.
Personally, for IOS devices, I just use Apple's Find my Phone app, and iCloud.
