I am disappointed in Norton Security and the fact that not all versions have automatic backup capability.
With a couple computers being remote at colleges, making the switch to the Premium Version is harder since the remote computer are already back at school.
Norton 360 had the ability to back up your computer up to the 3 users per license.
Norton Security you have to buy the premium version for up to 10 devices to get the back up feature. Since Back Up was part of the Norton 360, I based my purchase on the number of licenses I needed. I had 2 Norton 360 Licenses hacked that listed computers I do not own or part of my family group.
I was offered a free upgrade last night with the cancellation of the Deluxe License. Deluxe License cancellation causes problem with getting the remote computers protected.
It is very annoying that Norton Business Model has changed that long time customers want to leave.
