I am using Norton Security. I know that the new version of NORTON was released a few months ago with a new graphical interface for the product.
I would like to know why this update has not yet arrived for my product
Product & version number: 22.24.7.8
OS details: Windows 10 Pro 22H2

afaik ~ v24 remains phased release.

• As with our previous updates, this version is being released in a phased manner.
• This update is currently available only in select regions. We will be releasing it globally soon.

fwiw ~ I first received v24 by pulling new installer from my Norton account.
Did you try pulling new installer from your Norton account?
