I tried to uninstall Norton 360, but It seems to get stuck every time I try to uninstall it. The disk usage is extremely high and I need to figure out if Norton 360 is the problem or if there is another problem.
How long do you allow the uninstall process to run before you give up? If you can, just let it run, say over your lunch break or overnight.
How are you trying to uninstall Norton? Try downloading and running the Norton Removal and Reinstall Tool from www.norton.com/nrnr Use the Advanced Options > Remove Only option.
