Norton security installed on a different computer that now is back in the shop

I got a computer last week and installed norton on it through my account, but eventually I had to give the computer back to the shop because it had issues with some hardware. Now I just received a new laptop from the shop and I would like to install norton again, but it seems that my account is subscribed on that computer

You can remove the pc on my norton just find the norton 360 and presse a remove on it and it is don call norton ore chat they can do it to

Log into your Norton Account and click on the user icon at the top right and click on Manage Subscriptions. Scroll down to your current 360 subscription and click on Manage Licenses. Scroll to the old computer and click on the trash can to remove that device from your subscription. That frees up the activation to use on the new computer.

Remove your existing device and transfer your license to another device

1. Sign in to your account.
2. On the My Account page, on the My Subscriptions tab, select the product you want to manage.
3. Under the product, click Manage Licenses.
4. In the pop-up window, choose the device that you no longer use, and then under Remove License, click the bin icon.
   
5. In the Remove License window, click Remove to confirm.
6. To install Norton on a new device, click Download.
7. In the Get Started page, click Send Download Link. Follow the on-screen instructions to download and install the product on a different device.

Remove license from an unused computer

1. Sign in to your account.
2. In the top-right corner of the page, hover over the account icon or photo and click My Subscriptions.
3. On the My Account page, on the My Subscriptions tab, select the product you want to manage.
4. Under the product, click Manage Licenses.
5. In the pop-up window, choose the device that you no longer use, and then under Remove License, click the bin icon.
6. Click Remove to confirm.
