Running Internet Security Premuim (10 devices) on 8 Windows pc's and all ok until today. On one of my pc's I received Internal Error message " We were unable to verify your subscription duew to an internal error. Contact Support for assistance". I clicked the yellow Contact Support button and auto fix started running. Said we did not find any problems but still not resolved. Every time I restart the pc I get the same message and the same result after pressing the contact support button.
Tried shutdown and reboot and Norton showed up with green tick in bottom tray but when i opened it I couldnt see sign in button and said inactive subscription when tried to run updates. Internal error message again and clicked Contact Support - Scan complete with green tick and message that we were able to detect and fix many problems.....
All others running fine with no issues.
Advice on easy fix would be greatly appreciated.
