I installed Norton on a new computer. The Norton system tells me it is on and I am protected. Win 10 control panel/security and maintenance says Norton is off. On my other installs, the Norton security products are identified and turned on in the Win10 security and maintenance section. Something is not right. I get notifications from win 10 saying I have antivirus and firewall issues.
