My new computer has Win 7 64-bit with internet explorer 32-bit and 64-bit. Not realizing the IE 32-bit is the default I downloaded Norton 2010 Security and Online Backup while in IE 32-bit so therefore the NORTON TOOLBAR was install in that IE program. I am constantly using the IE 64-bit but am unable to install the NORTON TOOLBAR. In fact none of the other toolbars listed in my IE 32-bit View/Tool are listed in the IE 64-bit.
How can I get the NORTON TOOLBAR in the IE 64-bit window? I went to my Norton Account and re-downloaded Norton Security but that was 2011 and I haved 2010. So I don't know if that has something to do with it.
Plus, I just can't seem to get the Online Backup setup. It takes so long calibrating the size of the files. I ran all night and was still running in the morning. It seem to be looking for files with extensions I have never seen on my computer. Perhaps I need classes. Does Norton offer classes?
