for some reason, my desktop client (win10) no longer functions. I have 200+ days left on my subscription.

so far I have
uninstalled/reinstalled - no good
Norton PowerEraser - no good
windows unistall/ install norton from scratch - no good
validated my chrome settings/extensions - no good
validated network connection profiles for 'no proxy'
I've only used 6 of 10 of my subscriptions which was renewed in March 2020.
I've spent 3 days on this and I'm back at square 1.
