Norton Security Registration Issue

I am running Norton Security on my MacBook Pro.  To resolve some issues I needed to reinstall it.  The installation went find and all seems to work normally.  My subscription account is recognized.  However, I periodically get a message to the effect that the product needs to be registered.  I am not sure why, as my account is recognized and the device appears on my.norton.com.  I would nevertheless go through the registration if there were a place in the app to do that, but I can not find one.

Disciplec:

There doesn't seem to be a deactivation button, only remove the device or remove the license from the device.

Yeah, "deactivate" may mean "remove the device" to free up license....or...."remove the license" to deactivate the device.
Just a guess > "remove the license" and reactivate the device license.

Do you see this prompt?  What does Fix Now invoke?

Caveat: not Mac user.

There doesn't seem to be a deactivation button, only remove the device or remove the license from the device.

Maybe, from your Norton account > deactivate your machine and reactivate.
