I use to have norton security on all of my PCs in the house and I still manage Symantec End Point for my global company. The reason I went away from norton was because it would not allow me to do any work on my PC when it was scanning. i went to McAfee to solve that issue and have been with them for some time now. However, to my surprise, I could not exclude my backup disk drive so now it takes 2 days to do a scan. Tech support stated that McAfee does not have an option to exclude a drive letter (or entire drive). Does anybody know if Norton allows for this exclusion? I know their symantec product does.
