Norton Security Scan won't uninstall

Hi all,

New to the forum. I’m having some trouble removing Norton security scan from my computer. I downloaded it pretty much by accident because it came with an adobe flash player (or some sort of player) download, and now whenever I go to uninstall it, it pops back up as soon as I restart the computer.

 I do have Symantec Antivirus, and I’d like to remove the Norton security scan only permanently.

Any advice would be great. Thanks!
