Hi,
I'm trying to remove the NSS my wife accidentally installed along with Shockwave on a 64 bit, Win 7 PC.
I have tried Control Panel/remove programs and the 'Uninstall Norton Security Scanner' programme but neither worked. I also downloaded the Norton Removal tool and this displays a 'File Corrupted' error box. There is no error code.
What am I doing wrong? Any help greatly appreciated.
