Hi.
I purchased 5 seat Norton Security Deluxe to replace my old 3 seat Norton Antivirus subscription.
I installed it after a reformat and...I didn't like the additions, mainly smart firewall where if you disable it it a) nags you to enable it and b) stops you enabling windows firewall which is my preferred solution on certain PC's.
I spoke to support on the live chat and they "converted" my Norton Security subscription to Norton Antivirus...or in actual fact, re-enabled my old NAV sub whilst disabling the Norton Security sub...which means I've lost 2 seats/devices on the subscription.
Basically...as I could use Norton Antivirus installation with the Norton Security subscription, is there a way to have the Security sub whilst still being able to download just Norton Antivirus? Or can this not be offered? Some devices I wouldn't mind running Security on, others I would like NAV on.
