Norton Security Suite After Numerous Installs runs 1 day then tells me subscription has expired

I uninstalled and installed Norton Security Suite via Comcast Xfinity and after 1 day I get the message my subscription has expired. This has been going on since 2/2/16 and it is now 4/27/16. I have used Symantec products since they came out, use to be a system admin, ran a Norton AntiVirus server, have rebuilt PCs but I have never had this problem before. Even Comcast and Symantec haven't been able to help me with this problem. I even let Symantec install it last night and I got the expired message today. It will install and update properly but then either later the day it is installed if I'm on the PC for awhile or the next day I get the expired message. Once I get that I can not run updates, scan, etc. Any one else having this problem? Getting ready to drop Comcast and Symantec. Techs aren't what they use to be. If I had not been able to get a problem resolved when I was working I would have been fired!
