Hello All, I have NSS through Comcast. I have been trying to do a full system system scan and every time I do it freezes up and does not complete the scan. I have left it run over night with no change the next morning. It runs the quick scan just fine. I am running NSS version 22.5.4.24. My computer OS was Windows 8.1 and now Windows 10. I have tried uninstalling and reinstalling NSS under both OS's and no change. It freezes up at different times throughout the scan also.
