Just installed NSecuritySuite on 3 pc's (suite available free as Comcast customer). I turned on remote monitoring on pc#1 (vista64). I turned on rem. monitoring on pc#2 (winxp-pro). All well - both pcs show the other's status. Turned on remote monitoring of pc#3(winxp-media center edition).PC1 and PC2 show status of PC3 correctly, BUT ... PC#3 shows pc1 and pc2 status as offline and remote monitoring off. The IP and MAC address show correctly. All three PC's on same home wireless network (one router). The network trust level is set to shared on all 3 pcs. All three use the same passcode for the remote monitoring. Verifying the details show all are running the same version of the suite, namely 3.8.0.41. All three have been rebooted since latest update of norton.
Any ideas on why pc3 won't show pc1 or pc2 as online and remote monitoring on?
joerich - I am not an expert from Norton, but do help out on the COMCAST Forum as best I can. You have probably already tried this, but it is as much help as I can give you.
