Norton Security Toolbar 2014.7.8.25 search results icons show only on first page

I have found the Norton Security Toolbar 2014.7.8.25 for 32bit Chrome on Win7 32bit on one pc, and 64bit Chrome on Win7 64bit on another pc, will only display rating icons on the first page of search results (both google and bing). When you go to page 2, 3, etc. the icons do not show unless the page is refreshed each time.
