I have been using Norton products religiously since Norton Commander for DOS. We presently have Norton Security, up to date, but continuously have problems with the Norton Security Toolbar (with the much used and needed Norton Vault). The Chrome version is up to date, just checked that, version 54.0.2840.59 m.
This has been an ongoing problem for YEARS, cannot understand why this cannot be fixed. I have tried everything I know of, uninstalling and reinstalling the toolbar, rebooting the computer, etc., etc. Sometimes the toolbar comes back, for no apparent reason, then disappears, again for no apparent reason.
I am really getting exasperated with this well known but seemingly unfixable problem. Surely someone at Norton can figure out what is wrong.
