Norton Security with Backup keeps asking for activation.

Version 22.5.2.15

Installed in February 2015 and paid for.  Again today, it tells me that the trial period has expired and the product has to be activated.....but it is activated with 166 days left.  I think this is about the 4th time this has happened.  Under manage my subscriptions, there is now another entry for the same computer.  Can you help?
