I have a subscription NSwBU that covers 10 pc, included are ( Backup, smart firewall, PW manager, Virus prot.promise and parental control). In my subscription VPN was Not included, today I had an update that changed the appearance and added option to turn on the VPN? a new Name appeared : Norton 360 premium???
I am confused for this addition and would like to know if this is just a paid option that I have to add to my subscrption or is it included in my current subscription? If it is included, am I going to pay more when I renew (soon)?
I do not see my Norton packege (NSwBU including 10 PC/mobile option ) in the new offerd products.
That sounds about right for the renewal price for Norton 360 Premium I with 10 device lic and 100GB backup storage. I believe I originally paid 39.00 for Norton Security Standard with a renewal of 79.99.
The pricing you are referencing is for the new 360 product with the LifeLock monitoring service included in the subscription. You can get just the 360 security product if you do not need the monitoring service. Check the pricing here. Note the pricing for the 360 with no Lifelock service.
Do you think they will provide me the same regular price for the new product? I doubt it
the next product offering the 10 pc's is N360 wLB advantage for 199.99$ (later 249.99$). and this is more than my present product that I had for 69 $ or so. I think I will rethink my over 15 years of NORTON loyalty.
I will try to contact the support as you mentioned and hear what they say.
Also be sure you have turned off the Automatic Renewal for your current subscription. It is also a good idea to remove your payment information from your Norton Account. That way there can be no issue with Automatic Renewal accidentally getting turned back on.

Norton is no longer offering the Norton Security line and has started upgrading those still using it to the newer Norton 360 product. As such, it appears that you've been provided with the free upgrade to an equivalent version, Norton 360 Premium at no additional cost.
You can verify this by logging into your My Norton Account and checking your subscription.
As for any price difference in your upcoming renewals, you'd need to contact Norton Support and request the current renewal price.
Another option would be to find a retail version at your local store or online for less and use the Key to renew your current product.
