Since installing Windows 10 Pro 64-bit final I've run into Norton Security not loading, showing a red X or orange ! When it has a red X or orange ! it won't open. When it doesn't load in the systray clicking the desktop shortcut does nothing.
To solve it, I restart my computer.
Windows 10 Pro 64-bit up to date / Norton Security latest version up to date.
Please don't reply with disable fast startup. I didn't have this problem on Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit with fast startup.
