I contacted Norton becasue since renewing my subscription, I am unable to insert my card from my game camera to import photos and vids. After 5 hours online and with remote access.... I was disconnected twice, passed off twice, norton was uninstalled twice, and no resolution to the issue. HOWEVER.... while Norton was uninstalled the card worked. Now they say it is not an issue with them but they will phone me in 48-72 hours. wth.
