Norton Securtiy Suite Windows XP SP3 Fast User Switching logging idle users out

I was following a thread about Windows XP SP3 and problems with Fast User Switching logging idle users out after 5 minutes (I have this problem), and it pointed to this thread about Norton sometimes not starting up properly and no system tray icon appearing (I have this problem, too).  However, I am running the Comcast version of Norton Security Suite, which is 3.8.0.41.  Is it possible the same bug is in my version of Nortun Security Suite?  Is there an update for my version of Norton?

The COMCAST security SUite is in fact Norton 360 V3 (no doubt will be updated by them to V4 in due course) so I'll ask for your message to be moved to the N360 Forum where ther are already threads about the COMCAST version.
