Norton seems to be blocking Hp all in one scan to email feature

Thanks in advance, I have Norton 360 installed, It seems to be blocking my all in one laser printer from scaning documents directly to an email as an attachment in .pdf format. I don't know for sure that norton is the problem. Any suggestions?
