Just spent an Hour and Half on the phone with Norton Customer Service to get some important information about my account. Talked with an agent for a couple of minutes and he asked me to hold to pass me to a supervisor. I waited 1 1/2 hours for a supervisor to come on but before they did I was cut off. I was checking on a Case # xxx96013 I was given a week prior to followup on any action on the Case. I am very disappointed in there lack of follow through and care for the customers. I am certainly reconsidering updating my subscription next month. Just Poor Service Period.
