Norton should be more responsive to new threats

SDS is what Norton calls the virus definition (database), the update frequency of which is 1-3 times a day.

UDS stands for Urgent Detection System, which is Kaspersky's cloud-based detection system. It is super fast and relatively accurate, as the UDS detection name can provide more specific information about a new virus (e.g.UDS:Trojan-Ransom.Win32.Blocker). 

Could you explain the terminology SDS and UDS?
