Norton shows up as white screen

I just noticed tonight that opening up Norton brings up a plain white screen. Going through the Start menu and directly clicking liveupdate does nothing anymore. I have Norton Internet Security but I dont know what version since I cant open it. Even right clicking it on the taskbar brings up a small box with nothing in it.

I would reinstall but I dont have a backup version or a download link.

My computer is up to date and Norton has worked fine till this.

Vista 64 bit

Below is a picture of what I am talking about

Thanks for your help

Did you try doing a system restore back to when Norton was working?

Hi

Could you be a bit clearer which Norton is it??? I see the NIS ICON on the screen is it 2009 version 135 or 134.Thanks.If you have a current subscription you can download the current trial for your area of the globe and activate with your key..

I would uninstall using the  Norton Removal Tool

Than just download a trial and install his version. Activate with your own key

If you go back to using a standard windows theme, does it show up then?  What do you see if you right click on a file in Explorer?  Is the Norton Internet Security > Scan now menu blank also?  Please check in Task Manager to see if two copies of ccSvcHst.exe are running; are there?
