Today I was required to sign in to my Norton account in order to open the Vault sign in. I was already signed in to the Norton account!
Why was this? It could be a source of problems as Norton's various sign ins seem a bit flakey to me. It would be a particular problem for my wife if I were out as she already finds security over complicated.
