I have Norton Internet Security v 18.5.0.125 installed on my Dell Inspiron 1502 laptop with XP Home Edition. It seems with each update Norton bogs down my laptop more and more. All I have installed is Microsoft Office and IE 8.0. Often times the laptop comes to a stop and I have to restart it. What can I do to correct this problem short of unstalling Norton Internet Security?
