Last couple of days the EA app has failed to log me in on start up, I thought it maybe the app so reinstalled and set new password, no joy, today I disabled norton smart firewall and hey presto, logged in to EA app straight away, solution required to stop Norton blocking EA app accessing the web, EA app kept showing no internet access error prior to disabling smart firewall, no other programs are affected only EA app
