I am using Adobe Photoshop Elements 2024. Whenever I click on the help in that application I get a "no internet connection" message. I disabled the firewall and was then able to use the help function. When I re-enabled the firewall I couldn't. I reviewed all of the firewall Program Control settings and they all set to "Allowed". What else do I have to look at?
Hello. Have you reset the Norton firewall and restarted, then rechecked?
