First of all I just added Lifelock to my subscription. My Smart Scan starting crashing Norton 360 after this upgrade. I used the Norton Tool Removal/reinstall. Everything is working properly now except that my Smart Scan is not longer there. It has been working great for months. How can I get it back? I have Windows 7 Home Premium. Service Pack 1. Norton Version 22.22.6.10.
