We had correctly had our website verified and tested by Norton Safe Web, due to a mistake made by a team member our website (https://www.richardpatterson.ca) was no longer owner verified or tested by Norton Safe Web. We have made numerous attempts over the past month to contact Norton with no avail. and tried multiple times to re-verify/re-test the website again with no avail.
We have added and removed the code and tried multiple times to fix the issue and it has not been fixed.
We use GoDaddy website builder to edit our website (not sure if that will matter or not)
Any advice is appreciated or a direct contact at Norton Safe Web to fix this issue would be great. We have contacted GoDaddy and they walked us through the process and they said there isn't a reason it shouldn't work and we should contact Norton directly.
