Good day,
My problem is actually universal as far as third part add-ins for Outlook 2010. I don't know how it happened, but after I activate the Norton add-in (plus others) and the Norton tab appears in the email view, it will work until I close Outlook. When I open it again, none of the add-ins that I added are still active.
I tried to delete all temp files including EXD files > reboot > ran Office 2010 repair > reboot......and the problem persists.
Does anyone have an answer for me? Please list it in a step by step easy form for I am only a novice-imtermediate user.
