Norton spam app for outlook

I am using Windows 8.1 and presently utilize Microsoft office 360 whereupon my issue is with the Norton app for outlook.  After the latest Norton update, I can no longer copy and paste spam to the blocked list.  I use notepad, copy the spam, and then enter it manually from notepad which is not the best technique.  When I click onto the box for “add email address”, nothing happens, thereby I am left to manually entering the spam address.  It worked fine, without a flaw before the update?  What happened and can anyone suggest a way to fix this?
