I seem to be getting an awful lot of spam emails impersonating Norton. Some are easy to spot but others not so. I’ve forwarded some to Norton/Symantec but am not going to keep on doing it. Norton should be doing something itself to curb these emails. It makes it very difficult to pick genuine messaging. I was just asked to complete a short survey which I suspect was genuine…but who knows.
You're most welcome.

Thanks people. Having the legit list of Norton addresses is v. useful. Thanks again.
There is nothing Norton can do do stop someone sending out spam emails. The spammer sends out a stream of spam emails from a given email address. They hope they get enough action from those emails, then they move on to sending from another email address. It is like whack-a-mole.
And it is not just emails supposedly from Norton. Other big companies such as Microsoft and McAfee have their names placed in these kinds of scam emails. And it has nothing to do with what is on your computer. I have received a number of these scam emails supposedly from McAfee. I have never had a McAfee product on any of my systems.
Hello BobGee. You can validate e-mails as being legit or not using this article from Norton:
