Stop spamming your customers with ads for your other products or features. If I wanted to use them, I would have set them up. Purchase 10 licenses only to have each one spam my family over and over again.
I do not want your VPN (so you can track my internet instead of someone else), Lifelock (pass), Online storage (pass ), 900% off a yearly subscription to Norton with autorenewal???? only $120 ( hard pass, and yes, I am kidding on the 900% but you get the point), Norton Family? (Easy to bypass for kids) and... I totally get and understand that my information is already on the dark web due to healthcare and businesses failing to keep my information safe. Norton included. Popups and emails about it won't change this. Add the licensing issue where you can't just buy Norton from a store and add the key into your account to your current subscription through the website.
This might be my last year with Norton after 20 + years. I think you are looking for a different kind of customer.
I kept a screen shot that exact setting, in case one of their non-existent "Customer Support" specialists wanted to walk me through "how to do it". I canceled last night anyway. Done with this company. Went to the dumpster a few years ago and has only gotten worse. On the plus side, I already use Malwarebytes, and a physical in-line security gateway. I just simply do not need Norton's spam anylonger.
They also don't seem to be honoring their own settings. I have "Special Offer Notifications" turned off and yet I just got a spam pop up from Norton to buy AntiTrack.
This is exactly why I refunded my current year's subscription and am investigating other options.
In the old days, people paid money to keep popups off of their screen. Now, we pay Norton to put those same popups there. That option to disable popups for product offers is decorative only, as turning them off has no discernible effect.
