Norton split tunnel button don't work

Hi, I just tried to use the split tunnel function in norton vpn. I found that when I click on the split tunnel settings, nothing will happen.

Hmm....you see Split Tunnel....but, click on Split Tunnel does nothing?

Please try Turn Off VPN and turn off all VPN switches > Restart (not Shut down) machine > try click on Split Tunnel. 

R U clicking directly on Split Tunnel words?

the whole norton and my norton UI is a crap, norton should really work on them to make them stable and usable!!!!!
