There are times when logging in to my local vault I get the login window requesting my password. I type the password and it opens up my local vault. Othere times when trying to loging to my local vault a different window pops up requesting my username and password. I type the correct username & password but get the following error message "A network error is preventing access to your Norton account. Please check your computer's internet connectivity and try again". See attached jpg. My internet connectivity is OK, but repeated trys at logging in to my local vault results in the same eror message. I can always login to my online vault with no problem. It's just a problem logging in to the local vault. Once the error window pops up, I can uninstall the program, reinstall it and for a day or two I can login to the local vault successfully, but after a day, I get the window requesting my username and password, I fill it in but get the error message. What could the problem be. Any help would be appreciatted.
