I disabled the Norton toolbar and my computer now works fine. I have to say I am very disappointed in your product that I have used for 18 years. The last 3 or 4 has caused me nothing but aggravation. 22 time is 16 months I had to contact you or run the power eraser myself and nothing has changed. Unless the new version comes up before my subscription runs out and fixes this, I will not be renewing and going to McAfee.
