Norton Store - Information About Order # xxxxxxxxxx

Dear All,

I tried to renew my norton 360 subscription via manage.norton.com.  After I complete my credit card transaction, I got an email stating "We want to let you know that there is an issue with processing your order. Please contact us via our Symantec Customer Service Centre for assistance. We apologize for the inconvenience."

My bank has already changed my credit card but I couldn't renew my subscription.  I was directed to customer service chat but he/she could not resolve it.

Please any help or advise!
