Norton Studio (Windows 10) - Last Scan and Last Sync Dates seem to be incorrect

I've just installed Norton Studio on my Windows 10 laptop to monitor all of the devices that I've installed Norton Security on. 

In Norton Studio, the dates reported for "Last Scan" and "Last Sync" for all of my Windows devices seems to be old and incorrect.  All of these devices run scheduled scans regularly, but Norton Studio still reports that their last scans happened 4-5 months ago, with last sync being 2-5 months ago.

Is this normal behavior for Norton Studio, or should I be concerned that my devices aren't checking in properly?
