Norton Support

For those who haven't tried to get support until now, let me share the following feedback I just sent:

I spent 2 1/2 hours speaking to three different levels of "support", twice  they remotely took over my pc.  The 3rd level informed me that I needed a case specialist and had two choices; either hold on to the call that had already taken up my day or "schedule' a call back that could come at any time over the next two days between 1pm and 7pm NYtime.  I stayed put for 15 minutes and hung up.  I will never call your support line again, nor will I renew the product.

All of this with a known error 0X80004005, n5,nC0.  Just hope that your installation doesn't go sideways and you need some help.
