Norton syncing

Norton 360 cloud states that latest backup is yesterday, but files that have been modified have not backed up…the only version of files is from first back up weeks ago..syncing is switched on and when I do a manual sync the files are still not backed up -

@helaus Are you on the latest version 25.5.10141 of Norton? The announcement suggests that issue was NOT fixed. Have you tried to create a new backup set and test whether it synch’s?
