I was running an old PC with Win XP and Norton Sytemworks. I used teh backup tool to an external hard drive. The PC has crashed and is not recoverable. I have purchased a Dell with Win 8 and find it and Sytemworks are not compatable. To rstore teh backup I had to find an old PC, load Sytemworks and try to restore. That is the problem. I am trying to restore to another external hard drive but when I press restore nothing happens. Heeeelp!
